This
route crosses practically all the south of the municipality.
It is possible to begin in the Miño Park to continue
towards its tributary the Loña and follow its bank.
In Mende's college we will take an old way that will lead
us to the hopscotch of Sao Tome that we will exceed to go
crossing the river towards Ceboliño's village. From
this, hillside arrives up to Montealegre's top, one of the
tops of the municipality; soon the decrease is initiated to
the village of Santa Mariña del Monte and from here
to Seixalbo's village, declared ethnographic set. For the
way called verea vieja, and that it coincides with the entry
of the way of Santiago in the city, we will take, before connecting
with the national I to the shores of the Barbaña, which
we will leave to take in Galo's tail the route that leads
us to the item: the Miño
